Mool Sutra : शपनं शपति स तेन, वा शप्यते वस्तु यत् ततः शब्दः। तस्यार्थपरिग्रहतो, नयोऽपि शब्द इति हेतुरिव।।१९।।
Sutra Meaning : Sapana, i.e. “calling”, is a word, or that which calls is word, or through which an object is reffered to is also a word. It is called “Sabdanaya” because it graspes the meaning of the word.
Mool Sutra Transliteration : Shapanam shapati sa tena, va shapyate vastu yat tatah shabdah. Tasyarthaparigrahato, nayopi shabda iti heturiva..19..
Sutra Meaning Transliteration : Sapana, I.E. “calalinaga”, isa a vorada, ora tahata vahicha calalasa isa vorada, ora taharougaha vahicha ana obajecta isa refafereda to Isa alaso a vorada. Ita isa calaleda “sabadanaya” because ita garasapesa tahe meaninaga ofa tahe vorada.
