Mool Sutra : रसाः प्रकामं न निषेवितव्याः, प्रायो रसा दीप्तिकरा नराणाम्। दीप्तं च कामाः समभिद्रवन्ति, द्रुमं यथा स्वादुफलमिव पक्षिणः।।६।।
Sutra Meaning : One should not take delicious deshes in excessive quantity; for the delicious dishes normally stimulate lust in a person. Persons whose lusts are stimulated are mentally disturbed like trees laden with sweet fruits frequently infested with birds.
