Mool Sutra : आत्मा चैव दमितव्यः, आत्मा एव खलु दुर्दमः। आत्मा दान्तः सुखी भवति, अस्मिंल्लोके परत्र च।।६।।
Sutra Meaning : One must conquer one’s own self, because it is difficult to conquer it. One who has conquered one’s own self attains bliss in this world as well as in the next.
