| Mool Sutra : | रागश्च द्वेषोऽपि च कर्मबीजं, कर्मं च मोहप्रभवं वदन्ति। कर्मं च जातिमरणस्य मूलम्, दुःखं च जातिमरणं वदन्ति।।१।। | ||
| Sutra Meaning : | Attachment and aversion and seeds of karma; karma orginates from infatuation; karma is the root- cause of birth and death. Birth and death are said to be sources of misery. | ||
